Add NTNU URL support #21

Hello, my university uses panopto with its own custom URL. Would it be possible to add support for this URL similar to what was done here? https://github.com/crazoter/panplus/pull/20 I'm sorry I cannot create my own pull request as I am not sure I would get it right. If another url could be appended I would be super grateful.

The URL from my uni looks like this: https://ntnu.cloud.panopto.eu/Panopto/Pages/Viewer.aspx?id=... From this I assume one would have to add ://ntnu.cloud.panopto.eu/* to the aforementioned document. Let me know if this would be possible. Thank you.
