minor compatibility issues slider and buttons options #7

multiplier speeds with more buttons / buttons with > 2 dp precision e.g. 2.25x are rounded down to 2.2x due to the need for compatibility with slider

because this is an issue not due to implementation but due to design, resolving it is put on hold
