4.3.0 readiness #326

Description

Hey guys,

Rutorrent 4.3.0 came out and there was changes to the rpc and a bunch of others. I tried testing using 4.3.0 and it doesn’t seem comparable. Is there any plan to migrate over to 4.3.0?

nvm, HTTPRPC was disabled

reopening because there is a need to upgrade the setup to be fully compatible with 4.3.0.
