ruTorrent: Upgrade to v4.3.2 #351

ruTorrent v4.3.2

It's recommended common platform upgrade for the oblivion theme fixes.

This hotfix also resolves a critical issue when running ruTorrent behind a proxy server.

@crazy-max It's recommended to tag a new release after this PR. rTorrent stickz has been tested for a month. It's ready to go!
