Missing support for dw2pdf #38

I wonder if there is a way to use the formatted view also in conjunction with the dw2pdf https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:dw2pdf plugin.

Same question: Is there a possibility to print the output generated by SyntaxHighlighter4 (f.e. some code ) as PDF via dw2pdf? SyntaxHighlighter4 works very well but on the PDF-Output, there is only plain text. In the configuration-menu, dw2pdf has a feature in the settings to use userstyles (style.css, print.css). The wrap-Plugin has implemented this css-Styles and the pdf-output is very good. A style.css and print.css for the pdf-plugin would be nice. Tnx a lot Andre
