Switch to OpenLayers v5

So did the switch to ol5 happen? Is that what is in CRAN? I downloaded it via remotes::install_github("crazycapivara/openlayers"); did that get ol5 or should I get it directly from the git repo?

@wendellwt The package is not on CRAN yet. It still uses OpenLayers v4 because of some breaking changes in v5. Furthermore, at the moment I fosus mostly on the deckgl package.
