Currently, automated emails are sent in plain text. While currently sufficient, the user experience could be improved.

A more stylised HTML version of the emails, in addition to plain text, for mail clients that don't support rich text. Also, customised emails based on user data (free shipping vs shipping costs, address lines 2 and 3, etc).
