bug while running with user #18

Steps to reproduce:

go to any docker-project.json
find any command and ensure it works (say in erp, dopr test works)

modify it to include user:

"test":{
  "command": "vendor/bin/codecept run unit,integration,acceptance",
  "user": "root"
}

run dopr test again.

Expected

It runs test and shuts up.

Actual

oci runtime error: exec failed: container_linux.go:265: starting container process caused "exec: \"--user\": executable file not found in $PATH"
