What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
what I see is:"read_align", 
"/mnt/Storage/home/chensj/GCAP/662_treat_rep1_5M_sort.bam") : 
  C symbol name "read_align" not in load table
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 2.0 unix
