Distinguish first button from the Group one #19

For CHACON DIO remote, the G button (the ALL one ) is sent with the same device id as the first button, but with ALL_ON or ALL_OFF a command instead of ON or OFF.

Append G to this first button id when the command is ALL_ON or ALL_OFF to uniquely identify the G button.

Fixes #10.

Salut.. Oui j'avais fait modif chez moi ! Il y a encore un problème avec le DIM % que Michaël force à une valeur fixe !, alors que l'on a besoin de la variation sur certain protocole ! Je n'ai pas de new de Michael depuis un moment ! Avec bug sur status Radio et initialisation !

@Doubledom45 le problème du DIM fixe est un autre problème. Il faut le traiter dans un issue/PR séparé.

Michael continue de commiter sur github mais sur un autre projet HA. Je suppose qu'il n'a pas le temps de tout faire en même temps.

C'est pour cela que je distingue mainteneur actif et développeur actif sur un projet. Un mainteneur ne va pas forcément développer le code mais il va aussi s'occuper de l'interaction sociale entre les développeurs.
