Adding a Baseball Overlay

Updates to add a default scoreboard for baseball

Found this useful for scoring condensed games, so decided to contribute back to the community.

Also fixed some bugs that were annoying me

Features

• Running outs counter under the score
• End of Inning, which automatically closes the bug and opens the banner
• Final Score which will close the bug and show the banner
• Inning counter that shows next to the score
• Play display in lowerthird

Features that are missing

• Tracking of balls and strikes
• Tracking of baserunners

Summary of Changes

• added baseball.py which extends scorebug
• Fixed an error around icon not found
• fixed error with changing background or foreground colors
• Added named parameter to allow overiding ui label

I'm happy.. and do you want me to add the copyright banner... you can do that if you want.. either way.

I personally don't require the copyright banner, so whatever you think
