Eventlog to syslog will not do this, and I question the reason anyone would
want it to. Microsoft did implement some log aggregation capabilities, but
syslog and eventlog are so vastly different I don't know what the benefit would
be to try to squeeze syslog into Microsoft's format.

The benefit is that I have all the logs in one place. From there I can sort
them or whatever I want to do with them using powershell or other programs.

There are some excellent syslog utilities that can do what you are looking for.
For testing I use Kiwi Syslog which offers limited sorting and filtering
options, but there are far better tools out there.
