Display map-scale on map #80

Shows the scale on the map, measured in blocks.

I intended this pull request to be merged after the ocean-monuments were merged, but this seems to have resulted in all the ocean monuments changes being included in this pull request - ignore those, I'm sure it will all clean up once the moment pull-request has been merged (if not, I can make a new map-scale pull request).

I'm merging this one in, as it seems to contain all the changes from the other. Should I be putting together a new version of AMIDST for the Minecraft forum thread?

Yeah, that's all my pull requests for now. The village changes are on the table if anyone wants them, but their value is subjective. I just had a quick play with AMIDST 3.7 vs this master-branch version with the pulls merged, and everything seems to be in order in the new version.
