[Windows] Change the service name of admin helper to CRCAdminHelper during upgrade #3092

This is a follow up issue from https://github.com/code-ready/crc/pull/3088#discussion_r837299204 here. We need to remove CodeReady from the service name so better to have it as CRC in the windows. We need to remove the existing service and then install the new one during the upgrade.
