Issue #5 Update to latest machine code #6

There was an API change in mcnutils.NewB2dUtils

This needs to be (re?)tested first to make sure using the default crc.disk is fine (as this caused issues with crc-driver-libvirt).

we have to release the hyperkit with latest update as of now, in future we should do that.
