GET /api/pull-secret

This API is purely HTTP status code driven: https://github.com/code-ready/crc/blob/02a30bf8bbf239703d81a4c93fc64e4162e236e7/pkg/crc/api/api_http.go#L118-L122

200 is OK
404 means undefined
