Couple questions on this one!
- Do you typically have a mouse, or will this need to be a keyboard-only interaction?
- Would it make sense for how you speak about it for it to be triggered by the same key command that brings the diagram up? So like
key"here's the diagram!"same key"here's a zoom in on this thing I'm talking about!"same key"now it's gone!" - Can you detail exactly what piece of the diagram you'd like to zoom in on? I believe we'll need to create it on our end (but correct me if I'm wrong there!) in illustrator.
Not sure on what the design and interaction of this would be, but the Heroku Connect piece on the right side of the architecture diagram was a common discussion topic after the demo was presented. Can you propose some ideas for how a zoom-in on that piece of the diagram could look and work?
I (@crcastle) will create the new diagram. This issue is to design and implement the app functionality to support the zoom-in.
