No makefile #3

Need to develop files to handle configuration and building of Lens.

This has been accomplished. The build process sticks close to Doug Rhode's original scheme, which involves two Makefiles, one referencing the other and passing it parameters.

There is probably a simpler/more standard solution. But this works, at least on my system.
