Smart Containers should created a Smart Container Resource that has a "Provenance Container" for the provenance metadata. Smart Containers should be able to read and write Provenance Container resources (ldp:contains) property. Smart Containers API provisioned inside the container should allow the publishing of general data as a ldp:Container.
