Hey @crdoconnor ,

Nice to hear from you so quickly.

Actually I spent only a couple of hours on it, in a quite and dirty mode.

If you do not mind I'd like to clean some stuff:

to provide a working CI (removing 3.7 & 3.8-dev from travis)
to understand why a test is not considered as being as run in the coverage report
to remove my personal travis account from your sources ;)

Then it should be mergeable.

Hey @crdoconnor, it seems mergeable, do not forget to squash as the git history is ugly :)
