[REQUEST] Add MBN profiles #562

Hi. I would like to ask to add MBN profiles for Ukrainian mobile operators Kyivstar and Lifecell, if possible. I found these files on 4pda from a OnePlus phone. But maybe it would be better to try to extract these files from officially supported Xiaomi/Redmi devices? Currently VoLTE work on Lifecell, but VoWiFi not work (I not able to check Kyivstar, because not have sim with activated IMS).
