Member can interact with bots in the group chat

In the telegram group chat, user can

[ ] /thanks @[member] [reason of transfer] -> change /tip to /thanks and amount is always 1
[x] /balance -> show his balance within the group
[ ] /rank -> show your rank in the group
[ ] /top5 -> show top 5 holders within the group
[ ] /recent -> show the recent 5 transactions within the group
[ ] /balance @[username] -> show balance of friend
