Refactor tests/phanuel.ts

Problem

The test file is huge, nearly 700 LOC. It is hard to maintain and running all the test-cases take a lot of time.

Solution

• [x] Split the file tests/phanuel.ts into multiple files. Use the code here as reference.
• [x] Audit all test to make sure tests are as independant as possible
