feat-chakra-ui fixes #9

Removed the usage of shadcn components throughout the project, in order to use chakra-ui components instead. Added/replaced icons from chakra-ui icons and react-icons. Made styling across the pages more consistent (styling can be altered later on).

corrected the nodes back to their original colors now in the latest commit
