Phone app keeps telling me to download key

Hello, I am trying to connect my Ender-3 S1 Plus to the app but when I get to the part that wants me to download the key from my phone, that is where is stops. I have all of the plug -ins installed and it is showing "CrealityCloud-Octoprint Plugin-Raspberry Pi has been activated on the US server". I am using a Raspberry Pi 3B+ and everything is up to date. How do I get the phone app to recognize that the plug in is installed? Everything else in Octoprint is working fine except it sometimes has connection issues. Any idea how to get passed that? both the phone and Pi are on the same wifi network, I can see the camera from the phone app and the browser on my laptop

I did everything on my laptop and now it is connected on both devices.
