Educational Build #37

Create an educational build of the Candle Controller here are the feature that came to my head for now

Yeah there's definitely interest for that.

I don't think that's possible? But the current image disables the built-in browser's ability to remember passwords. Re-enabling that would make it so the password only has to be entered once (well, at least on the built-in browser).

Already exists. But the functionality to allow certain addons to survive the factory reset could be expanded.

There is already an option to disable installing and installing addons. Check the readme file.

See the factory reset point. Users could install the desired addons, then disable installing/uninstalling (called "exhibit mode"). If the factory reset has an option to not remove installed addons (but still remove their settings), then this would be complete. Just a small change really.

it's probably possible to generate a token to bypass that

easy to use reset for teacher to put the kit back to factory(our new factory for this image, it should be a totally different image)

yeah i just put up my idea, the point is to decide wich addon will be include and be sure to have the translation for supported language

the image will be build with out selection of addon and this setting will be the default setting, as mentionned we will see what addon will be usefull in an academic environement for kids to discover domotic. so the base image with the base DB will be set with what we need, we will fork our main controller to create the academic build
