Pagebuilder components could do with a tidy #22

https://github.com/createdotnet/boilerplate/blob/development/component/pagebuilder/page.scss could be moved in to the grid component and deleted.

https://github.com/createdotnet/boilerplate/blob/development/component/pagebuilder/media.scss#L14-L24 can be deleted.

in fact it might be nice if the grid CSS was in the boilerplate, allowing for gutter widths to be set in variables file.
