prove payment retry from gui #6

edge case for when tx proof is generated but timeout before jwp is created. need to add a retry button. see address_book.rs in the gui module

0-conf jwp should elminate. get transfer by txid and unlock time should be sufficient validations, no need to wait more than on estimated block even if still in pool
