Change Student UI based on Assessment Type Questions #64

As we have added a filed in the questions table for assessment type, we need to make the relevant changes in the Students UI

  1. If there are questions for the associated Assessment type, then add those links under each level. Example - If there is a question under "Video" Assessment type, then add the link for Video based questions. Else, do not add the link
