additional requirements on ServiceStack.Interfaces 3.9.33.0 #2

Something within the libraries for Terrasoft.Nui.ServiceModel has references a need for a version of ServiceStack.Interfaces 3.9.33.0 which isn't available on Nuget ( https://www.nuget.org/packages/ServiceStack.Interfaces ) ... And the DLL's available with BPMonline installs are for version 5.
