Add LilyGO T18 #33

The LilyGO T18 3.0 is also known as LilyGO T-Energy or TTGO T18. Only LilyGO understands their naming structure.

Would you mind updating this? I merged #34 first and it also adds an ESP32 from Lilygo. I think you'll want to share the section and change the ID. Sorry I did the other one first!

Updated ID, now 0003 - and relocated to the correct position with the now existing ESP32 boards. Merge should be possible now
