Updated node-gir structure added in linting for js, basic folder structure, build step, package json, etc... #1

Hey Tim,

Added some structure to assist with deving. I can set up a basic header file as well in an include folder as well if you want.

Thanks for the work, but It's a little more than I want. I'd rather not bundle jshint in the source code. Also the native module shouldn't be the main module in the npm package.json, only the javascript frontend. Come find me after the current talk. I'm working on this now.

Also, where was the small C client to the repository you had the other day?
