Hi, i suppose you just forgot to set them...

kapouer commented 11 years ago

Is there some code from gjs/gi ?

piotras commented 11 years ago

@creationix Any suggestion wrt license?

creationix commented 11 years ago

I always do MIT/BSD/ or ISC for most projects. I used Apache for luvit because the main contributors requested it. I'd rather avoid GPL if possible.

kapouer commented 11 years ago

I observed some similarities in the code with gjs/gi - if it's really the case, it's easier f the license is the same (MIT in that case) and the copyright should be reproduced too. But maybe it is pure coincidence as the purpose is so similar. The bottom of README is a good place to put copyright info...

@creationix any update on the LICENSE?

kapouer commented 6 years ago

I think this module is deprecated in favor of https://github.com/node-ffi/node-ffi anyway.

Place1 commented 6 years ago

node-ffi doesn't support gnome introspection to automatically create bindings, or does it?

creationix commented 6 years ago

@piotras I added a MIT license file. Let me know if this works for you. I forgot how much you had contributed. I should have added it as a PR so we could all discuss.

Does this link against gnode?

clayrisser commented 6 years ago

My comment was a mistake. It was another project that removed the license, and the author who removed the license was the original author, so it was actually ok.

I removed it to prevent confusion.
