[src/App.vue] Remove breadcrumbs, title and text from embedded build. #390

Description

This PR removes the breadcrump, title and descriptive text from Embedded builds. The screenshot below shows the output when this project is build in embedded mode. This is preferable for integration downstream such as project_creativecommons.org.
