Spam check applications #407

The script is still broken and applications in spam check don't get a second reminder and don't get automatically deleted after reminders have not been responded to.

The script seems to be semi working. Email reminders are send but not in the interval they are set up to be send. Also applications don't seem to automatically delete 10 days after the second reminder.
