Updates

which updates babel's core dependencies, specifically:

The site appears to only make use of SASS in its stylesheet build so having these extra build chain pathways seems unnecessary.

@TimidRobot & @Shafiya-Heena Please do try to setup and build fresh to verify that the changes don't have any adverse side effects or throw any errors. All seemed sound on my end, but definitely needs more than my set of eyes.
