CC-Brazil website is down #1004

The immediate issue is resolved and the site is back up.

I'm looking into cause of the issue.

The server ran out of memory at 2019-07-18 19:21:20 BST and the OOM killer was automatically invoked--leaving it in an unreliable state.

There will be another brief downtime in a moment while I reboot it to help ensure it is in a reliable state.

Hello @marianagvalente I'll investigate the wordpress theme in case there's something weird there. I let you know what I can find out

I increased the size of the swap space. This will not solve whatever issue is happening, but will hopefully mean that when it is triggered, the site will get slower instead of breaking. Hopefully this will give us more room to identify the root issue.
