i.creativecommons.org certificate expired #1014

I SSHed into the redirects server (which handles i.creativecommons.org) and certbot had renewed the certificate correctly. nginx had not picked up the new certificate, however. I restarted nginx with systemctl restart nginx and the issue was fixed.

That should happen automatically though so I'll leave this issue open.

We should probably also add monitoring.

As adding monitoring and notifications is a larger project, I am considering it out of scope for this particular ticket.
