Publish CC0 Greek translation #1046

The CC0 Greek translation is ready to go live. Note that the language code is el for purposes of the URL.

Also, the translation should be listed as Ελληνικά at the bottom of all other published translations.

If you need more information, please let me know.

Noting here that there is an outstanding issue with the Greek CC0 deed, where one string that is translated in Transifex is not appearing on the live site. Ideally, this issue would be handled in connection with this pull request. Github ticket here: https://github.com/creativecommons/tech-support/issues/346
