Plaintext licenses disappeared

Describe the bug

There used to be plaintext versions of the CC licenses on the website, but now they're gone.

To Reproduce

4.0

1. Go to Plaintext versions of Creative Commons 4.0 licenses - Creative Commons
2. Click on the links in the blog post:
   • BY 4.0 (plaintext)
   • BY-SA 4.0 (plaintext)
   • BY-NC 4.0 (plaintext)
   • BY-NC-SA 4.0 (plaintext)
   • BY-ND 4.0 (plaintext)
   • BY-NC-ND 4.0 (plaintext)
3. Observe the "Not Found" error.

3.0 & CC0

1. Go to Plaintext versions of Creative Commons licenses and CC0 - Creative Commons

2. Click on the links in the blog post:

   • CC BY 3.0 legalcode.txt
   • CC BY-SA 3.0 legalcode.txt
   • CC BY-ND 3.0 legalcode.txt
   • CC BY-NC 3.0 legalcode.txt
   • CC BY-NC-SA 3.0 legalcode.txt
   • CC BY-NC-ND 3.0 legalcode.txt
   • CC0 1.0 legalcode.txt

3. Observe the "Not Found" error.

Expected behavior

The files should still be there.
