Add some work progress emojis to Slack

Problem

Sometimes the only replies to a thread on Slack are regarding the status of the work, such as acknowledging that you've seen the message or indicating that the intended action is in progress. Sending messages for these statuses is cumbersome, causes notifications that might not be necessary and fill up the thread.

Description

Emojis for simple status updates like the following should be added to Slack.

They do look better on Slack and not stretched out like in the thumbnails. There are alternative icons if you don't like these.

Alternatives

Typing out the statuses has been working out so far and things like the ⌛ emoji and the ✅ emoji have stood in for these in the past. But they are more relevant and on point than the distantly related existing emojis.

loosely in our internal code review slack, we use the following system:

• ✅ Code review approved

• Merged by the PR author

• 💬 Comments added, PR author needs to review

In my regular work workspace, the admins imported the same icons for requested changes, merged, closed etc. from GitHub. This ticket is more about regular work stuff not necessarily related to code and review.
