Some links at FAQ page broken and need to be fixed/replaced #21

The FAQ page (https://creativecommons.org/faq/) has some or many broken links.

Broken link: https://creativecommons.org/faq/#What_is_copyright_and_why_does_it_matter
- Source: "What does 'Some Rights Reserved' mean?" section and "What are Creative Commons licenses?" section
- Correct link: https://creativecommons.org/faq/#what-is-copyright-and-why-does-it-matter
- Supposed to link to the "What is copyright and why does it matter?" section
- Reason: Dashes (-) replaced the underscore (_).
2nd broken link: https://creativecommons.org/faq/License%20versions
- Source: "Which is the latest version of the licenses offered by Creative Commons?" section
- Correct link: https://wiki.creativecommons.org/wiki/License_Versions
- Supposed to link to "License Versions" page at wiki page.
- Reason: "wiki" should have been included in the URL; "faq" should not be used.

Some more, but they are too lengthy to describe.
