[Feature] aside block design improper #72

Problem

the problem is that the yellow block at the right side of the website https://creativecommons.org/faq/ is much longer than it should be.

Description

we have to reduce the size of the block to the end of the text not to the end of the page. this will improve the visibility and atteaction of the website.
