Technical details
Refactored the index.html template:
Separated text and HTML structure within {% blocktrans %} for better clarity and functionality.
Applied {% blocktrans %} only to the translatable text, avoiding nested tags.
Updated .po file:
Simplified msgid entries to match the refactored HTML structure.
Added translations for smaller text chunks to ensure accuracy.
Compiled Messages:
Ran python manage.py compilemessages to ensure .mo files reflect the updated translations.
Tests
Environment Setup:
Ran the project in Docker.
Confirmed the .po file updates were loaded correctly.
Steps:
Verified that the translations are displayed correctly in the Spanish locale.
Tested the functionality of the links in both English and Spanish versions.
Results:
Translations are now correctly applied.
