Google Docs does not allow us to insert links. We can append " at https://creativecommons.org/privacy/" to these sections instead.
Good catch. These are in number order, from the original list. I will update this.

This is not possible with Google Forms. We could say "if you have already submitted an entry just enter your email address" but then people won't enter their name if we don't require them to.
5a. Sending emails from Google Forms to submitters is not possible without an additional plugin that we will have to check the usage policy of and possibly pay for. Submitters receive an on-screen notification to confirm success, they do not need an email as well.
5b. Editing submission details is not possible in Google Forms without some hacking -
If people have entered anything incorrect we will catch this at the editorial stage.
Country lists have been alphabetically sorted.
[ ] (1) Insert a link to the CC privacy policy on the words "Creative Commons Master Privacy Policy and Express Consent" to the policy.
[X] (2) Alphabetize the "Resource Country" list.
[ ] (3) Add an optional field for "author" field in the "other resources" section.
[ ] (4) Change the format of the form so you can "add another [law, case, resource]" so that submitters do not have to keep rewriting the same basic info (email address, name, consent, etc.) each time they want to add a new item.
[ ] (5) Send a copy of the submitted form to the submitter (so that they can see what they submitted, and potentially edit their response.
