[Feature] Inconsistent header layout with Vocabulary design system #236

Problem

The current header implementation in the search website does not align with the Vocabulary design system

Description

The implemented header design is missing key elements like consistent navigation menu "Who are we", "What we do", "Licences and Tools", "Blog", "Support Us", Global Summit 2023 link and a Search link

HI @adebisi4145 Thanks for this contribution!

The documented code within Vocabulary's docs, particularly within the menus is used as a baseline example and not as a 1:1 spec to implement. As the Search Portal lacks any further pages, it also lacks a Primary Navigation menu, which is why it is excluded.
