[Bug] Menu Button Present on Mobile View

Description

The search portal website displays a menu button when viewed on mobile devices. This menu button does nothing when clicked on. Also, there is no menu button displayed when the website is accessed on desktop screens.

Reproduction

1. Open the search website on a mobile device or using browser developers tools
2. Locate the menu and click on it
3. See error. Observe that nothing happens.

Expectation

Since the search portal has no menu items, the menu button should be removed on mobile.
