[Feature] Include a section with a descriptive content of what CC Search is about #73

Problem

CC Search doesn't have any descriptive content that tells the user what the site is about. Screenshot (76)

Description

This feature will add more context to the website. So that when a user taps in, they can read a brief description of what the site is about. see. This will make it align with the UI of (https://opensource.creativecommons.org/)

I like that you're focusing on improving the UX, and am grateful for you taking the time to contribute the idea! ❤️

But, this is a Search Portal, and similar to things like Google.com adding extra content can actually decrease the UX. Most of this information about what the site does is on the page below the logo, or further down past the initial search engine options.

Creative Commons Search (or CC Search) is a convenient search tool that gives you access to search engines for finding videos, images, audio and any other digital content shared explicitly for reuse under Creative Commons (CC) license.

I think this is a simple and brief description. @TimidRobot @possumbilities
