[Feature] Hover effects over the contents of footer-menu and explore-menu.

Problem

There are no hover actions enabled for the contents in the class "footer-menu" containing references of contacts, newsletter etc. This may lead to poor user experience as they are important links too. Adding hover effects would solve the problem.

Description

Adding a hover effect would create visual effects whenever the user hovers over the contents and then they can clearly make a difference between the item they are hovering over and the other items.
