[Feature] - Blog's Page 'Page Number Handler Section' Design Enhancement

Problem

The alignment of the page number handler section is not properly aligned. It's neither left nor right aligned. This can be improved by making this section centered-aligned in order to improve overall design.

Description

This current design of this section can be improved by working on its position. It can be aligned in center in order to improve overall design.

Alternatives

If center-aligned not work, then we can set it completely towards left or right.

@iamRabia-N This is an interesting improvement. Our Design System, Vocabulary, as it currently stands sets the pagination navigation as left aligned. Which means any site utilizing this component would need to have that adjusted. And we'd need to evaluate how it being centered might affect things, I'm not sure if the improvement for this one site might have an unexpected outcome on others.

Also, The menu is left aligned to the content box edge, rather than the contents of the content box edge.

I think this Issue would likely be better placed on the Vocabulary repository, so I'm going to transfer the Issue there referencing this one and close this one.

We'd have to consider larger use case affect for making it center aligned, but initially this seems like a good idea.

moving to status: blocked until new Vocabulary refactor is set and there's a stable way to change features. Will revisit then as a possible improvement path.
